Gardening in Loughshinny

We had so much fun upgrading our garden with seasonal flowers and beautiful summer colours. It was all hands-on deck from our Director of Nursing Catalina, our staff, some of their children and our residents all helping to create this wonderful space for our residents and their families to enjoy.
